12. Do you have any tips for getting the most even burn from a candle?
Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface melts on the first use. This prevents tunneling and sets the stage for even burning in subsequent uses.The first burn of any candle is the most important one.  Also, make sure that your wick is always trimmed before you light it.  This will make sure that your flame is even and steady.

13. Are your candles and melts hand-poured or mass-produced?
All our candles and melts are hand-poured with care and attention to detail. Each product is crafted individually to ensure a personal touch and the highest quality in every product.
